Hallo liebe Promotoren und Promotorinnen!

Bin noch recht neu hier auf Forum und auf der Seite. (Verzeiht mir, sollte ich ein doppeltes Thread eröffnet haben, habe auf die schnelle keine Agentur in der Kategorie gefunden.)

Mir sind die vielen Anzeigen von der Agentur Holub, Steiner + Partner GmbH für DRK / BUND Naturschutz - Aufträge aufgefallen.

Wer von euch hat welche Erfahrungen mit der Agentur und für die Auftraggeber, gesammelt? Wie hart ist der Job? Sind die Teamleiter hilfreich und kümmern sich um die Neulinge? Wie ist das Arbeitsklima in den Teams? Gibt es viel Leistungsdruck von Anfang an? Wie lange habt ihr mitgemacht?

Ich freue mich sehr über eure Feedbacks, Leute! Danke!
