Hallo,
mein Auftrag wurde am Auftragstag abgesagt. Eine Stunde davor. Der Auftraggeber will mir für den Tag jetzt 50 € geben.

Das eigentliche Honorar würde 100 betragen.

Habe ich ein Recht auf die 100 € oder sollte ich die 50 annehmen?

Je nach dem, was im Vertrag steht. Ist das nicht klar geregelt, würde ich auf 100 % bestehen, wenn eine stunde vorher abgesagt wurde.

der volle Betrag ist sicher fällig und deine Chance ihn zu bekommen wenn die freiwillig schon die hälfte anbieten ist sicher gut. wenn du aber weiter für die arbeiten möchtest wäre der kompromiss mit 50% lohnender.

Manche Promoagenturen legen den Promotern sogar eine Aufrragsstrafe aus. Bist noch gut weggekommen !!!

Baris1992 kannste nicht lesen? es ging bei dem Thema genau andersherrum. also nix gut weggekommen, die Agentur hat ihn hängen gelassen und muss zahlen. die einiegung bzg. 50% ist für ihn nur Akzeptabel wenn er weiter mit denen zusammen arbeiten möchte. lol
