Hallo!
Ich habe am Freitag auf dem AC/DC Konzert für VPS in Nürnberg gearbeitet. Um 11:00 frühs war der Treffpunkt am Zeppelinfeld. Nach der Einweisung erfuhren wir unsere Arbeitszeiten im Verkauf. Ich wurde erst um 16:30 Uhr eingeteilt hatte also von 11:00 bis 16:30 nichts zu tun. Eigentlich kein Problem da ich meines Wissen ja für die Zeit bezahlt werde, doch dann wurde mir gesagt, dass ich erst um 16:30 wenn ich am Ausschank arbeite entlohnt werde. Dieses kleine Detail hat die Agentur jedoch in der Stellenauschreibung für den Job und auch sonst jedem Promoter verschwiegen. Ich sehe es nicht ein, dass ich für die Zeit nicht bezahlt werde.
Nun meine Frage: hat jemand schon Erfahrung mit dieser Agentur? und bin ich rechtlich gesehen im Recht wenn ich mein Geld einfordere aufgrund verschwiegener Details im Bezug auf die Zahlungskonditionen?
Es wäre sehr nett wenn mir jemand weiterhelfen könnte!
