Hallo,
ich habe bisher 59 Tage als kurzfristig Beschäftigter gearbeitet, sprich, wenn ich noch weitere elf Tage arbeite, muss ich Sozialversicherung zahlen.Da ich manchmal als Komparse arbeite und soweit ich weiß, diese einen nicht anstellen als Komparsen, wenn man schon 70 Tage gearbeitet hat, habe ich eine Frage:

Werden zu diesen Tagen auch Tage gezählt, die ich auf Gewerbeschein gearbeitet habe? Ich habe bisher 7 Tage auf Gewerbeschein gearbeitet, habe ich dann 59 oder 52 Tage? Ich nehme an 52, weil wenn ich auf Gewerbeschein gearbeitet habe, ja nicht als kurzfristig Beschäftigter gearbeitet habe, oder?

Ich frage nur mal zur Sicherheit nach.

Deine Annahme ist richtig. Tätigkeiten über Gewerbeschein sind eine selbstständige Tätigkeit.
