Ich habe mich als Werbebüro vor 15 Jahren selbständig
gemacht und rechne als 1 Personunternehmen meine Promos ab.( inclusive MwSt)
Gibt es ab 2016 eine mich evt betreffende Änderung und wo kann ich nachschauen? Mir fällt seit kurzem auf, dass Agenturen auf Angestelltenbais bzw 90Tg Regelung o, ä. bestehen. Ich bin ca 160 Tg/jh unterwegs.
Für tips und interessante Infos bin ich offen.

Thema Scheinselbstständigkeit. Vielen Agenturen ist es nicht mehr rechtssicher genug Solo-Selbstständige zu beauftragen, seit die Sozialversicherungsträger vor einigen Jahren angefangen haben Scheinselbstständigkeit nach neuen Kriterien zu prüfen.
