Hallo, habe folgendes Problem:

Ich habe für Agentur XY einen Job angenommen. Einsatzbestätigung für Ort und Zeit habe ich via Mail erhalten. Vergütung wurde telefonische besprochen. Habe mir keine Gedanken gemacht, da ich für andere Jobs von der Agentur zuvor zuverlässig bezahlt wurde. Naiv von mir aber wie dem auch sei..

Die 30 Tage nach Rechnungstellung sind schon um. Habe inzwischen die 2.Mahnung geschrieben. Habe ich trotz fehlendem Vertrag eine Chance via Inkasso an mein Geld zu kommen? Habt ihr evtl andere Tipps wie ich weiter vorgehen kann? Auf Mails und Telefonate reagiert niemand.
