Hi ihr lieben,

Kann mir jemand bitte erklären, was eine qualitätsprämie ist und ob das ein Fixum ist , also mir immer zusteht?

Das kann ganz unterschiedliche Erklärungen haben, am Ende musst du gewisse Bedingungen erfüllen, damit du die Prämie quasi on Top zur vereinbarten Vergütung erhälst.
Mögliche Kriterien für so eine Prämie:
-Alle Termine gemäß Vereinbarung durchgeführt
-Dokumentation fristgerecht und vollständig eingereicht
-Keine Beschwerden von Kunden vor Ort etc.

Vielleicht noch als Anmerkung, manchmal wird so eine Prämiere als Lockmittel eingesetzt, um über eine miserable Vergütung hinwegzutäuschen. Am Ende wird dann bis aufs Messer diskutiert, warum die Prämie nicht gezahlt werden kann. Das würde ich jetzt aber mal als "mit geringer Wahrscheinlichkeit" einstufen Wink

In meinem Vertrag stand da auch "Qualitätsprämie" und damit war zumindest in meinem Fall gemeint, dass ich

- an allen Terminen gearbeitet habe,
- pünktlich anwesend war (Check-In per SMS)
- und meinen Einsatzbericht rechtzeitig abgegeben habe.

War anfangs etwas verwirrend, da ich angenommen hatte das würde extra bezahlt werden, aber dann gab einen pauschalenTagessatz und die jeweiligen "Prämien" :'(

War aber okay, kommt denke ich selten vor, dass das nicht ausgezahlt wird hehe

Bei meiner jetzigen Promo, ist die Prämie anhängig von den Mafo Ergebnissen.
