Hallo liebe Promoter,

Wie macht Ihr das bei Euren Rechnungen. .setzt Ihr immer eine Original Unterschrift drunter?
Ich hatte schon Agenturen..da War es komischerweise nicht nötig

Das natürlich immer hübsch eine Papierrechnung mit Unterschrift zu haben, ist gesetzlich aber nicht nötig. Normalerweise akzeptieren die meisten eien Rechnung per PDF, mit oder ohne reinkopierte Unterschrift, zumal im Bereich elektronischer Rechnungsversand die gesetzlichen Regelungen gelockert wurden.

Ich kann mich meiner Vorrednerin nur anschließen, diesbezüglich gab es seitens einer Agentur auch noch nie Probleme. Smile

Kann da danmatt nur Recht geben aber er weiß auch das es immer noch Agenturen gibt die eine postalisch zugesendete Rechnung haben wollen.
Bei mir sind das noch zwei, die anderen akzeptieren alle PDF.
Einfach kurze email Anfrage und dann suchst du dir den einfacheren Weg aus. prost
