Das kommt auf die Agentur und auf Deinen Vertrag an.

Sind im Vertrag Strafen festgelegt, die nachgewiesene Krankheitsfälle nicht berücksichtigen (oder Dich verpflichten, Ersatz zu stellen), so kann die Agentur diese einfordern.

Um herauszufinden, ob die Agentur Dir entgegen kommt / kommen kann (z.B., weil sie eh schon Standby-Personal geschult hat), hilft nur: Die Agentur anrufen, den Fall schildern (bestenfalls hast Du Nachweise Deines Krankenhausaufenthaltes o.ä.) und Dich erkundigen, wie ihr Euch einigen könnt.

Wie die Agentur reagiert, kann Dir hier nämlich niemand beantworten Wink (es gibt welche, die vereinbarte Vertragsstrafen rigoros einfordern und es gibt natürlich auch welche, die durchaus mit sich reden lassen...)
