Hallo Ihr Lieben,


kurze Schilderung des Problems:

hatte Kundenbefragung gemacht. Mit dem Büro wurde ausgemacht dass es keine bestimmte Interviewanzahl gibt, mann soll einfach jeden ansprechen.
Vor Ort dann vom Teamleiter was anderes erfahren: man soll min. 20 Interviews machen. Hab ich dann verneint, es sei nicht mein Bier da das so nicht ausgemacht wurde. Dann hat es sich herausgestellt, dass der Markt knüppelhart ist, ist manchmal so, wenn ich jetzt 20/St. mache kriege ich 5€ drauf pro St.. worauf hin ich einverstanden war. Der Teamleiter hat sich die St die erfolgreich waren notiert. Ich hab mehrfach ihn drauf angesprochen dass das auch an das Büro weitergeleitet wird.
Nun den Rest könnts ihr euch schon denken: nach dem Erhalt der Rechnung war das Büro verwundert woher dieser Bonus kam und man weiß hier von nichts... kopfschüttel
Was würdet ihr auf meiner Stelle jetzt tun?

Hat das Büro, dass Du erwähnst einen Namen?
Normalerweise gibt es einen Vertrag und /oder ein Auftrag.
Da wird festgehalten was detailliert zu tun ist und inwieweit noch ein Boni
anfällt. War Dein Supervisor die ganze Zeit bei Dir um die Interviews zu zählen?
Kam der von „Deinem“ Büro oder vom „Subunternehmer“. Manche Institute geben
ein bestimmtes Kontigent an eine Agentur weiter.
