Ich merke irgendwie, dass ich im Moment nur unzufrieden bin mit meinem Leben, meinem Beruf und meiner Beziehung und möchte etwas oder mich verändern, doch ich weiß nicht wie am besten. Alleine schaffe ich das offenbar nicht. Kennt ihr sowas?

Gratuliere, der Wunsch nach Veränderung ist schon mal der erste Schritt in die richtige Richtung. Kennst du den Begriff Mindset? Ich frage deshalb, weil man mit Hilfe eines guten Coaches diese negativen Glaubenssätze oft auflösen kann. Und mit einem positiven Mindset wirst du automatisch auch zufriedener durchs Leben gehen.
