Stützstrümpfe sind - so blöd es klingen mag - eine super Vorbeuge.

Abends, nach dem harten Tageseinsatz, ein angenehmens Fußbad mit anschließender Fußmassage.

Wenn es keine ganz so bequemen Schuhe beim Einsatz sein dürfen, einfach so wenig wie möglich tragen -> also nicht auf dem Hin- oder Heimweg anziehen, sondern wechseln... und danach sind Fußbäder natürlich auch suuuper. Zwischendurch auch immer ein bisschen die Zehen bewegen oder leicht auf den Füßen wippen, das fördert die Durchblutung und schon geht es wenigstens ein bisschen einfacher...
