Hi alle miteinander!

Ich plane seit längerer Zeit einen Internetauftritt, via Website und Facebook.

Ich würde dort gerne Bilder zeigen, die z.B. mich bei einer Tätigkeit zeigen, oder von mir geschaffene Aufbauten usw. zeigt.

D.h. wenn ich für Agenturen unterwegs bin um für diese z.B. eine Platzierung eines Produktes vornehmen muss, würde ich von der geschaffenen Arbeit ein Bild machen, und das als Werbung für mich und meine Firma einsetzen.

Auch das gleiche, wenn ich bei einem Kunden Zuhause ihm einen Fernseher aufbaue, alle Kabel schön verstecke usw. und davon dann ein Bild machen um es als Werbung zu nutzen.

Wisst ihr wie sich das rechtlich verhält, ob ich dazu die Einverständniserklärung der Agentur, Hersteller, Privatkunden brauche?

Die brauchst du auf jeden Fall!
Ansonsten könnte es Abmahnungen hageln.

Einfacher wäre es sich zu Beginn eine Verwertung von Bildmatreal für eigene gewerbliche Zwecke unterschreiben zu lassen.
