Hy zusammen,
frag mal in die Runde für nen Freund aus dem iran
Er hat eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis, studiert hier und möchte ein Gewerbe eröffnen bzgl. Promotions

Im Internet kann man nachlesen, das wohl die Ausländerbehörde um Erlaubnis gefragt werden muss...hat hier jemand Erfahrung?

Oder wird der Gewerbeschein auch ausgestellt wenn man die Vorschriften (max. ...€ bzw max 180Std im Jahr) einhält ?!??!
