Hallo, für eine Agentur habe ich eine Terminliste bekommen.
An 2 Tagen bin ich gebucht und 2 weiteren tagen soll ich reservieren für die Agentur.
Was ist der Unterschied? Und kann ich die reservierten Tage in Rechnung stellen auch wenn kein Einsatz war?

Gebucht ist gebucht, das ist klar. Die Reservierungen nimmst du sozusagen auf deine Kappe, wenn doch kein Einsatz zu Stande kommt. Im Grunde blockst du den Termin erstmal, da die Agentur da vermutlich einen Einsatz plant. An deiner Stelle würde ich eine Frist bis ca. 2 Wochen vor dem Termin setzen, dir bis dahin einen verbindliche Zu- oder Absage zu erteilen.
