Hallo,
immer mehr Agenturen stellen Promoter kurzfristig an, da sie der Gefahr der Scheinselbständigkeit und somit der Nachzahlung von Sozialversicherungsabgaben entgehen wollen.
Habt ihr Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet? Wie läuft das genau mit der kurzfristigen Beschäftigung? Was bringt mir das als Promoter finanziell (oder auch nicht)?

Ich würde nur auf Messen "kurzfristige beschäftigung" Abrechnung zulassen, der Rest loht sich nicht Finanzell gesehen.
