Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich hätte ab Dienstag einen Einsatz auf einer Messe und bin leider krank geworden (Meniskusriss am Knie mit OP am Montag). Habe das der Agentur gestern mitgeteilt und die meinte falls ich keinen Ersatz finde muss ich der Agentur den Mehraufwand begleichen. Dies stand wohl auch so im Vertrag. Leider habe ich bis jetzt keinen Ersatz gefunden.
Ist jemandem von Euch schonmal was ähnliches passiert? Dürfen die das?

Um was für eine Tätigkeit auf der Messe handelt es sich? Haben Sie einen Auftrag als Gewerbetreibender oder als Arbeitnehmer angenommen?
