Hallo

Meine Frage

Ich habe einen Auftrag von einer Agentur bekommen ,
einem Markt in Meiner Stadt zu übernehmen zu Arbeiten,
da ich keine Auto habe
geht es nur so ,so wahr es abgesprochen .
Es sollte eine Einarbeitung geben 1-2 Wochen und Los gehen .
Doch denn Markt hat jetzt ein anderer bekommen von der Agentur .
Im Vertrag von denen steht ,ich darf nicht für in der gleichen Braunche Tätigen Agentur Arbeiten also wenn ich Mobilcom bin darf ich nicht Vodafone Arbeiten ?
Ich hatte Die Ersten Tage Bestätigt ,und nach dem ich erfahren habe das der
Andere denn Markt Will und kriegt ,habe ich die Nächsten Tage Abgelehnt ,
es ist ein Markt für 1 Personen / Verkäufer wahr schon immer so .

Können die mir Eine Geldstrafe geben ,im Vertrag steht 4 Wochen darf ich nicht für einen Konkurrenten Arbeiten .Ich habe denn Markt ja garnicht bekommen .
