Schadensersatz trotz Krankheit?		 Reply with quote  
Ich hoffe, mir kann jemand weiterhelfen.

Ich habe vor drei Monaten mehrere Einsätze für eine Promotion im Einzelhandel angenommen. Nun ist es aber so, dass ich erkrankt bin und die Einsätze nicht durchführen kann. Die Agentur verlangt aber trotzdem eine Schadensersatzzahlung.

Was kann ich da tun? Ich habe schon versucht, geeigneten Ersatz zu finden (was vertraglich möglich wäre), aber leider finde Ich niemanden, der die Einsätze übernehmen kann.
