Achtung wenn ihr mit eurer Rechnung die Portoquittung in Höhe von 6,90 EUR mitsendet, kopiert sie euch vorher. Es wird sonst behauptet es lag keine Quittung vor.

Unabhängig von der Agentur, die ich nicht kenne:
Es ist immer sinnvoll Kopien von sämtlichen Belegen zu machen, so dass man etwas für die eigenen Unterlagen hat.
Berichtswesen, CD´s, Mails, Parkquittungen...- gibt halt nichts, was nicht verschwinden kann bzw. eben tatsächlich per Post leider überhaupt nicht ankommt.

jup habe auch die erfahrung gemacht das die die quittung nicht zurückschicken obwohl es sogar so abgesprochen ist...
abergesehen davon zahlen die anscheinend erst nach mahnung!
