Hallo, ich habe seit mehreren Wochen Probleme mit einer Agentur (Schott & Friends), diese reagiert weder auf meine Anrufe noch auf meine Mails. Seit 12 Wochen warte ich nun auf mein Geld. Mahnungen habe ich rausgeschickt, doch keine Reaktion. Kann mir jemand aus Erfahrung sagen wie ich weiter verfahren soll/kann. Damit ich mein Geld doch noch bekommen kann. Vielen Dank

Du kannst entweder selber einen Mahnbescheid beantragen, ein Inkassobüro beauftragen oder einen Anwalt in die Spur schicken.
