Liebe Community!

Ich habe ein Angebot bekommen zu einem Einsatz und habe jetzt zum ersten Mal in meiner Promotertätigkeit eine Arbeitsbestätigung statt eines Vertrages erhalten. Dort standen Vergütung, Einsatzzeit und Ort sowie die Art der Rechnungsstellung nicht drin. Ich musste das ansprechen und es wurde rein gesetzt... Name und Adresse standen auch falsch drin. Es kam mir nicht sehr seriös vor... Ähnliches erlebt?

Vor allem: Gibt es nennenswerte Unterschiede zwischen Arbeitsbestätigung und Arbeitsvertrag die ich beachten muss die anders sein könnten?

Das ist doch wohl der Unterschied zwischen irgendwie (kurzfristig, geringfügig ...) angestellt sein (Arbeitsvertrag) und Selbständigkeit (Arbeits- bzw. Auftragsbestätigung).

Allerdings ist die "Selbständigkeit" meist eine Scheinselbständigkeit, aber das haben wir ja schon öfter durchdiskutiert.
